Our Oils
All of our oils are produced as single varietals (no blending) and they are all extra virgin olive oils. This allows each oil to demonstrate their quite distinct characteristics and flavours. Produced on site in sunny northland on the beautiful Tutukaka Coast of New Zealand, the oil is produced with minimal time from harvesting ensuring that maximum quality and freshness is achieved.

Koroneiki
As a single varietal this produces a distinctive complex flavour. Delicious for dipping with bread and accompanying chesses and aperitifs. A beautiful oil that has the flavour to hold its own with other fresh and spicy accompanyments.

Estate Gold J5
This has a strong, peppery, distinctive flavour and is just perfect for salads and dressings with a sharp intense flavour. It is sometimes described as grassy especially when a high percentage of green olives are processed. Wherever a good EVOO is required this is the one to go for.

Leccino
A traditional Italian olive producing a delicate oil that can be used in salads and dressings with out dominating the flavours of the dish. This oil is delicious when drizzled over vegtables on its own to add that little "extra". Use as a substitute to butter in cooking or baking and know you are using a healthy alternative without sacrificing the taste or flavours.
