We would love to help you process your own olives and we can assist with any processing above a minimum weight of 100kgs.  We would ask that you provide the olives in manageable baskets and that you also provide your own bulk containers for the oil produced.  We can deleaf for you but ask that you are careful handling the fruit and that there is a minimal amount of twigs and branches.  Please ensure that the baskets are not placed on gravel as small stones can be transfered into the baskets if these are stacked. Stones can destroy the processing equipment if they are not detected.
